LONDON FASHION WEEK
This gorgeous fashion week started with Victoria Beckham's show and continued with a lot of romantic shows. Let's talk about the Highlights from London Fashion week. First of all we should talk about Victoria Beckham's show that was the first show of the London Fashion Week. Her source of inspiration was ''nature'' for SS20. She used soft colours like pink, light green and turquoise. Basically we can say that she inspired by the colours of the nature. And one more thing ! Anna Wintour was on the first row like always... Next, Burberry's turn! Ricardo Tisci gave particular importance to street style on his show. He inspired by The Victorian period for Burberry's SS 20 Collection. Turkish origin designer Erdem also inspired by the Victorian period for his collection and he used a lot of floral prints & patterns in his style. And last thing all we know that designers use fashion weeks to give messages to us. This year Vivienne Westwood was one of that kind of designer and her message was about sustainability and recyling. She used patchwork patterns. I think that was a good way to explain recycle...
MILAN FASHION WEEK
During the Milan Fashion Week we felt us in sometimes 50s sometimes 60s and sometimes 70s. Go into detail... The main topic of Fendi's show was ''granny elegance'' We saw a lot of blouses with floral patterns and the winner of Fendi's show was Earth toned colours and yellow like in 60s. When we look at the Prada's show again we felt us in the past but this time in 70s an 50s. The eye catcher part was golden colour in her show. One of the biggest brands ... Yes! It is Gucci. Gucci gave particular importance to sustainability and that decided to use recycled materials for their shows... Truly we can say that they undertake to reduce carbon footprint in textile industry. Who can forget that tropical print dress which worn by J.lo at 2000 Grammy awards. That dress must be most remarkable Versace dress. J.Lo wore that dress again and walked at the final phrase of Donatella's show. That was amazing!!

On the other hand Issey Miyake's huge brushstrokes, Dior's stripped tie-dye patterns and Saint Laurent's furnishing floral patterns were spectacular. Furthermore, there are a lot of floral patterns with Victorian style flowers. Special Note: Paris Fashion Week gave us very important trend hint for SS 20 which is ''Paisley Pattern''. Highlights From London Fashion Week
Furnishing Florals Theme of Spring/Summer 2020! Everyone has thought that question. Now time to answer that question. According to London Fashion Week the theme will be ”grandmotherhouse”.That is why we saw a lot of furnishing florals at the shows. On the other hand we should definitely mention about the second important trend of upcoming season which ”neovictorian” style. At that point floral prints and patterns with furnishing flowers really help to manifest itself. From London Fashion Week shows Richard Quinn and Erdem were the best examples of that trend.
